My Story
Welcome to my website! Thank you for being here. Most people don’t know this, but before all this began, I grew up in a military family and attended magnet schools most of my life. Then, ended up in IT and Tech during and after college. In 2008, I made a decision to go into education and started teaching high school math from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus. I have taught at Townview SEM, Cedar Hill 9th Grade Center, Duncanville HS, and Uplift Education Peak Prep HS. I then became a Campus Math Instructional Coach and later a District STEM Instructional Coach. During this time, I became an Adjunct Professor of Mathematics as well while starting a tutoring company in 2013. Today I am an Entrepreneur, Speaker, Influencer, and Educator. It’s been a mission of mine to inspire passion through excellence delivery. I currently have 20,000+ followers on all social media and continue to make impacts daily.

Consultation
Whether it is business consulting or educational consulting, we start by getting to know YOU or your school! We will discuss what your needs are here. Then, we will outline goals and success indicators for you. Finally, we will discuss a timeline and budget. This will determine if it is a good fit for partnership.
The Approach
For business, we will look at your current state, where you want to go, steps to get there, discuss resources including human capital(my network), and develop a plan. For education, we will look at your target audience, discover if you need professional development or curriculum design/dev. We then drill down deeper in one of the two silos.
